New massage, body treatment, or skin clients please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to fill out a quick intake form. If you have a shellac or gel on your nails that needs to be removed, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Returning clients WELCOME BACK! Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time, being late will deprive you of treatment time.
Respect your professionals and give us a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Clients who habitually cancel with little to no notice will no longer be able to book appointments, but may be on a walk-in basis only. All services require a credit card to hold the appointment. If you cancel in under 24 hours you will be charged half the price, if you no-show for the appointment you will be charged for the whole service. Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a
no-show. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

As much as we all love children, this is a spa, and people come here to relax. Please refrain from bringing your small children with you to your appointment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Flex Spending. We do except personal checks as long as we have your credit card number on file, a bounced check will be charged to your credit card including the return fee. Gratuities are graciously accepted by cash or personal check.
